3. Description of Service

ailovee.com provides AI-powered chat, image generation, video generation, and character-avatar tools. You may send a photo to a character in chat, upload a reference image for image generation, or upload a reference image when creating a character avatar. Users purchase credits to generate content using our platform. Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your email address as prompted
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are the in-platform currency used to generate images and videos. Credits are purchased via PayPal and are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

Under the ailovee.com site rules, you must not use the Service to request, create, upload, promote, share, or distribute prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content that:

• Is sexualized, pornographic, sexually explicit, fetish-oriented, or depicts explicit nudity
• Sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or endangers minors, or depicts minors in sexual, abusive, or otherwise harmful situations
• Depicts non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, intimate imagery shared without consent, or sexualized depictions of an identifiable person without consent
• Depicts, glorifies, encourages, or provides instructions for graphic violence, torture, gore, terrorism, self-harm, or suicide
• Promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for the production, sale, distribution, or unlawful use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Promotes or facilitates the unlawful acquisition, manufacture, or use of weapons or explosives
• Promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against a person or group based on protected characteristics
• Depicts or promotes illegal activities
• Involves, exploits, or endangers minors in any unlawful or harmful way
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses individuals
• Facilitates fraud, impersonation, scams, extortion, or other deceptive or harmful conduct
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
• Depicts real individuals without their consent in a defamatory or harmful manner
• Uses a photo or other image that you do not own or have permission to use, reproduce, modify, analyse, or submit to the Service
• Contains an identifiable person whose consent you have not obtained where consent is required by law or the circumstances
• Uses a minor's image or private imagery shared without all legally required permissions and consent

These restrictions are mandatory rules of the Service. We may automatically block prohibited prompts or uploads, refuse generation, remove prohibited content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. User Content, Photos, and Generated Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, photos, and other content you provide, subject to the rights of third parties. By submitting a photo or other image, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all permissions, licences, and consents necessary for us and our service providers to store, analyse, transmit, modify, and use it to provide the requested chat, image, video, or avatar-generation feature. You are responsible for obtaining consent from any identifiable person shown in the image and for complying with all applicable privacy, publicity, copyright, and other laws.

You are solely responsible for the photos, prompts, generated content, and any claims, losses, or harm arising from your submission, generation, use, sharing, or distribution of them. We do not verify that you have the necessary rights or consent. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse and hold us harmless from third-party claims and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these representations or your unlawful use of User Content.

The images and videos generated by the Service using your prompts or reference images are provided for your personal use. We make no guarantees about the uniqueness of generated content, as similar prompts or reference images may produce similar results for other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The ailovee.com platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ailovee.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination due to Terms violations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
